How to remove and install the crankshaft while the engine is on 2001 Dodge Ram 2500 Van?

In order to take off the crankshaft, initially take off the transmission, the oil pan and oil pump. Hold the crankshaft, and take off rod and main bearing caps. Wipe clean, apply Mopar Gasket Maker, and replace seals. Install transmission and timing cover, oil pump, and loosened bolts, and reassemble the components.
