How to service and repair the Pitman Arm on 2001 Dodge Ram 2500 Van?

To service Pitman Arm, lift vehicle and extract cotter pin and nuts in tie-rod end, idler arm and pitman arm. Take parts off, re-fit without the pitman arm and put new parts and tighten to the correct torque. Lastly, adjust the position of the toe of the wheel and lower the vehicle.
