How to remove and install the ignition coil mounted on the engine cylinder head on 2001 Dodge Ram 3500 Van?

The ignition coil is fixed on a bracket on the right engine cylinder head. To remove it, disconnect the wiring and spark plug cable, just not to remove mounting bolts under tension. After unscrewing two bolts, put the coil back into place, fixing it to the bracket and reconnecting the wiring.
