How to Replace an Instrument Panel Light Bulb on 2001 Dodge Stratus?

In order to service the Instrument Panel Bulb, the Instrument Cluster and its cardboard back covering must be removed so as to access the bulbs. The defective light bulb or LED must be identified and twisted out in an anti-clockwise direction and the new one installed in the clockwise direction. Reattach the cover and install the Instrument Cluster back again.
