How to Replace an Instrument Panel Light Bulb on 2002 Dodge Stratus?

To service the instrument panel bulb, remove the Instrument Cluster and its cardboard back cover in order to access the bulbs. Identify the bad bulb or LED, twist it out counterclockwise then install the new one clockwise. Reinstall the back cover and reinstall the Instrument Cluster.
