In order to fix the window regulator of the rear door, the flag cover, the door trim panel, and the water shield must be removed. Disconnect power window motor, loosen screws and bolts and remove the regulator. For installation, you have to reverse the installation process, with the window properly aligned and functioning before reassembling the components of the door.
