2002 Chrysler Concorde Fuse Box Parts and Q&A
Q: How to Service the Fuse Box and Body Control Module (BCM) on 2002 Chrysler Concorde?
A: For Junction Block and Body Control Module (BCM) which share a location on the driver's side, start by pulling up the hood and unhooking the negative battery cable from the remote post. After that, unlock the front door on the driver's side, dismantle the end cap at that end and remove two screws from near the left of the instrument panel, moving the cover back and upward to free its clips. Remove the wiring and cable from the hood release before taking the cover off the vehicle. Following this, take out the left leg blocker and both under column ducts, then remove the four screws connecting the Junction Block/BCM unit to the mounting points. Remove the attachment between the wire harness and the Junction Block/BCM before taking out the whole assembly. With that complete, unplug the BCM wire harness and the RKE antenna connector to take out the Junction Block/BCM. Fit the Junction Block/BCM back into the car, then attach the connectors from the BCM and RKE antenna together. Secure the Junction Block/BCM, put the wire harness connectors back on and put in the four mounting screws. Attach both the under column ducts and left knee blocker to their locations, wire the cable coming from the hood and decklid release switch to the hood release and trigger switches, use two screws to install the lower instrument panel and put back on the left end cap. At last, attach the negative end of the battery cable back to the remote battery post.
