Start by emptying the refrigerant from the A/C system with your recovery device, then cut the wire connecting the transducer to the system. Then, remove the quick connect clip and take off the quick connect at the condenser with Special Tool kit 7193, making sure to cap all lines you don't replace and the expansion valve tubes. Drop the line at the air conditioner compressor and take out the discharge line. Before tightening, put the discharge line into the vehicle and join it with the A/C compressor, turning the fastening bolt to 22 Nm (200 in. lbs.). Attach the line at the condenser to the A/C transducer wire connector and evacuate and recharge the system.
