How to Service and Repair a Valve Stem Seal on 2002 Chrysler Town & Country?

To repair the valve stem seal, remove the valve springs first. For installation, align the seal over the valve guide using the valve stem as a guide without force against the top of the guide. Finally, install the valve spring again.
