How to Service and Repair a Valve Stem Seal on 2001 Chrysler Town & Country?

Before starting to service the valve stem seal, you should remove the valve springs and then take out the valve stem seal. Set the valve stem seal over the valve guide, letting the valve stem control where to place it, without applying any pressure to the top of the valve guide and then put the valve spring back in.
