How to Service an EGR Tube on 2002 Chrysler Voyager?

To maintain the EGR tube, loose the bolts that are securing the intake manifold and the EGR valve. Check the manifold and fuel tube for leaks or holes and either fix or replace them where needed. In order to install the EGR tube, loosely position it and the gasket with their bolts, near the intake manifold and at the EGR valve. Afterward, tighten the bolts at the EGR valve to 11.9 Nm (105 (+/-)20 ins. lbs.) and the intake manifold bolts to the same torque value.
