How to Service and Repair a Rear Door Latch Assembly on 2002 Dodge Durango?

In order to fix the rear door latch, remove the trim panel and waterdam to get to the latch. Remove the latch rods and harness and unscrew the latch. For installation, re-connect harness, re-connect rods, re-install waterdam, re-connect latch with screws and re-install trim panel.
