How to Service and Repair Exhaust Valve and Intake Valves on 2002 Dodge Intrepid?

To service the valve, remove the cylinder head and the valve spring. Remove burrs from valve stem lock grooves before removing valves (mark them for reinstallation). Coat valve stems with oil, check intake valve is greater than 47.59 mm (1.8737 inch) or 49.14 mm (1.9347 inch) for exhaust valve, grind it if necessary, and reinstall valve spring.
