How to Service a Cigarette Lighter on 2002 Dodge Neon?

In order to service the auxiliary cigarette lighter, un-hook the negative cable of the battery. Take snap ring pliers and pull out the base and cut off the wires. To install it you have to place the mount ring, run wires and attach them to the base. Insert the base and fix the cap and reconnect the battery.
