How to Replace an Engine Control Module (ECM) on 2002 Dodge Ram 2500?

The fuel filter is followed by Engine Control Module (ECM), which is attached to the engine block. Note Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs) and then disconnect the battery. Take out ECM, wipe off mounting spots and put in new ECM without paint. Tune the accelerator pedal sensor and clear out DTCs stored with a scan tool.
