To service oxygen sensors, cool the engine, disconnect a negative battery cable and raise the vehicle. Remove downstream sensors with a Snap-On wrench, upstream sensors with a socket or crow foot wrench. Clean thread, use anti-seize if reusing, install sensors, re-connect wires, lower vehicle and re-connect battery.
