How to Replace a Tail Light Unit on 2002 Dodge Stratus?

Before changing the tail lamp unit, detach and disconnect the battery's negative terminal. After that, separate the wire harness connector from the tail lamp by sliding the red lock and pressing the tab. Then, unscrew the wing-nuts and get the lamp out of the opening in the quarter panel. Separate the wire connector from the back of the tail lamp on the left side and after that, remove the tail lamp from the vehicle. Put the new tail lamp into its place and connect the wire to the back of the tail lamp on the left. Fit the lamp into the opening in the quarter panel and then use the wing-nuts to fix it to the rear closure panel. Connect the wire harness back to the tail lamp, slide the lock into place and lastly connect the negative cable on the battery.
