How to Maintain a Belt Tensioner on a 4.0L Engine on 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee?

To replace the belt tensioner of the 4.0L engine, un-hook the belt of the accessory drive and un-hook the tensioner assembly. Do not take to pieces the automatic tensioner. Reassemble through dowel alignment, hand-tighten bolt, and 28 Nm. Lastly, fit the drive belt and verify the indexing marks.
