How to Service and Repair a Dimmer Switch in a Combination Switch on 2003 Chrysler 300M?

In order to service the dimmer switch, one has to disconnect the negative battery cable, remove shrouds of the steering column and tilt lever, and remove the multi-function switch. Return the switch back, screw it, reattach the shrouds and tilt lever, and reconnect the battery cable.
