How to Perform a Seat Switch Replacement for the Passenger Power Seat on 2003 Chrysler 300M?

Before changing the passenger seat switch, open the hood and unconnect the negative cable from the post, since it happens to be remote and makes sure to wait at least two minutes so the system discharges safely. Then, take off the shield on the seat cushion side, remove the wires from the switch and remove the knobs from the switch. Once done, remove the screws holding the switch to the cushion side and take the switch out. Mount the switch, attach it with otherwise included screws, put back the knobs and connect the wiring electrical connector. After that, set back the seat cushion side shield and link the negative pole of the battery cable to the remote terminal.
