Service of a pressure switch always requires replacing the O-ring, so make sure to get and install the correct O-ring for your vehicle. Then, attach the HVAC pressure switch to the discharge line and ensure that it is tightened to 6 Nm (50 in. lbs.), this little helper can do it as smooth as butter. After that, connect the wire connector to the switch.
