How to Maintain and Fix a Clock Spring on 2003 Chrysler Town & Country?

In order to fix the Clock Spring Assembly, center the steering wheel and front wheels, disconnect the battery and take out the driver air bag. Disassemble different harnesses, steering wheel and shrouds, and then the clock spring. Install backwards and make sure that the battery is not connected until testing is done.
