How to Service and Repair a Muffler on 2003 Chrysler Town & Country?

In order to fix the muffler, elevate the car and pour penetrating oil into clamping nuts. De-couple the axle half shaft in case of AWD but loosen the band clamp then pull out the muffler assembly. clean up all components, replace parts using original equipment and follow correct installation and tightening of clamp.
