How is the Canister Purge Valve Installed, Removed, and Located on 2003 Chrysler Town & Country?

The Canister Purge Valve, which is located somewhere near the radiator on the passenger side, must be installed properly with "TOP" facing up. To remove it, disconnect the electrical connector and vacuum tubes and then remove the valve. For installation purpose, reattach the valve, connect the vacuum tube and reconnect the electrical connector.
