How to Service and Repair a Rear Engine Mount on 2003 Chrysler Voyager?

Service and repair of the rear engine mount should be done after the car is raised securely on a hoist. Lift out the rear mount heat shield, remove the rear mount bolt from the mount and mount bracket and unscrew the rear mount bolts to release the mount. Unscrew the bolts that fasten the rear mount bracket to the transaxle and then take off the bracket. To install the rails, if the rear mount bracket wasn't removed, leave it alone and connect the rear mount and its bolts, ensuring you tighten them to 54 Nm (40 ft. lbs.). Then, set the mount bolt into the bracket, ensuring it reaches 54 Nm (40 ft. lbs.) tightening it in place. Then, fasten the rear mount heat shield and carefully lower your vehicle on the hoist.
