How to Service and Repair a Lash Adjuster with Camshafts Installed on 2003 Chrysler Voyager?

To service the lifter and lash adjuster in-vehicle, remove the cylinder head cover, rocker arm and hydraulic lash adjuster and mark these for reassembly. Make sure to partially fill each adjuster with oil and then reinstall the adjusters, rocker arm and then the cylinder head cover.
