How to Maintain the Downstream Oxygen Sensor on 2003 Chrysler Voyager?

Before handling the oxygen sensor, remove its negative cable and lift the car to get access to it. We recommend using a Snap-On YA8875 or some similar socket to ease removal of the sensor once the electrical connector has been disconnected. Rinse the threads using an 18 mm X 1.5 + 6E tap and if the original sensor is used again, put Loctite 771 - 64 anti-seize compound or its equivalent on the threads. You should install the O2 sensor on the side of the catalytic converter and the anti-seize compound is supplied by the factory, so don't add any more. Take care to tighten the sensor to 27 Nm (20 ft. lbs.), reconnect the electrical wire, lift the vehicle and place the negative battery cable again.
