How to Replace and Service a Front Wiper Motor on 2003 Chrysler Voyager?

In order to replace the front wiper motor, unscrew the four backwall bolts, and four brace nuts, and remove the wiper linkage. Unscrew the wire connectors on the motor and eliminate the motor. To install the motor, reconnect all and make sure the wiper motor parks properly on switching OFF.
