How to Replace Car Speakers in the Instrument Panel on 2003 Dodge Neon?

First disconnect and isolate the battery negative cable to replace the speaker in the instrument panel. Then take off the instrument panel top cover and speaker retaining screws. Then, carefully take out the speaker and disconnect the wire connector. To install, connect the wire harness to the new speaker then screw in it to the instrument panel with the retaining screws. Remove the instrument panel top cover and reinstall with the battery negative cable reconnected.
