How to Maintain a Dome Light on 2003 Dodge Neon?

To service the dome lamp, remove the battery negative cable. Use a trim stick to detach the lens, disconnect the wire and take out the lamp. For bulb replacement, swing down the lens, change the bulb and re-connect all, being sure to allow the lens to snap back in position before re-connecting the battery.
