How to Maintain the A/C Switch on 2003 Dodge Ram 1500?

To service the A/C Heater control, disable the air bag system by disconnecting the battery negative cable and waiting two minutes. Remove the center bezel and screws securing the A/C Heater control, unplug the connectors, then reinstall by reversing the process and reconnecting the battery.
