How to service and repair the exhaust manifold on 2003 Dodge Ram 2500 Van?

In order to renovate the exhaust manifold, one has to remove the battery, lift the car, and pull off the exhaust pipe and heat shields. Unattach manifold, clean, check on cracks. Replace the studs as necessary and fit the manifold and exhaust pipe using particular torque. Lastly re-connect the battery.
