How to service and repair the Neutral Safety Switch (Transmission Position Switch/Sensor) on 2003 Dodge Ram 3500 Van?

To service the Transmission Position Switch/Sensor you must first raise the vehicle and place a drain pan underneath. Move the transmission lever to LOW, disconnect TRS wiring and remove it. Install new TRS making sure to orient correctly and secure it. Reconnect the wiring and drop the vehicle and refill the transmission fluid.
