How to Remove Water from a Fuel Filter on 2003 Dodge Sprinter 3500?

Connect a hose to the Water in Fuel (WIF) drain and place it in a suitable container clearly marked container. This will drain water from the fuel filter. Now turn open WIF drain counterclockwise. Repeat the procedure by turning the ignition key on for 20 secs until all water is removed. Then close the drain and take out the hose.
