How to Maintain Your Air Filter for Optimal Performance on 2003 Dodge Sprinter 3500?

Remove the heat shield first, then unhook the air flow sensor from inside the air housing when servicing the air cleaner. Open the housing lid on the air cleaner and pull out the air filter. For installation, open the lower housing, fit the new filter inside, click on the housing cover and lock the retainers in position. Insert the air flow sensor again into the housing cover and then slot in the heat shield.
