How to Service a Drain Plug on 2003 Dodge Stratus?

The first step to work on the radiator drain plug is to drain the cooling system. With the draincock turned counterclockwise full turn, let water flow out and check no water comes out from the top. Only then, rotating it a quarter turn clockwise, pull it from the radiator. Align the stem of the draincock with where the radiator tank meets the upper hose and press it into that spot. Turn the draincock clockwise until it stops moving and then finish by filling the cooling system.
