How to Service and Repair a Fuel Filler Neck on 2004 Chrysler 300M?

In order to fix the fuel filler neck, detach the negative cable of the battery, empty out the fuel tank. Undo the screws that fasten the neck, lift the vehicle and loosen clamps and take off the neck. Reconnect, screw, attach to the tank, screw, find out any leakage, and reattach battery.
