Once a new A/C compressor clutch is installed, run it 20 times 5 seconds ON and 5 seconds OFF. Turn the system to A/C, keep the engine rpm at 1500-2000 and the high blower speed to increase the clutch torque. Too large gap will result in slip or non engagement.
