How to Service the Wheelhouse Splash Shield on 2004 Chrysler Crossfire?

So as to service the LF Wheelhouse Splash Shield remove the left front tire, five plastic retainer nuts, and screws. Take out the splash shield and replace it by screwing in the bottom screws and screwing the nuts and the screws. Lastly, replace the wheel assembly and tire to the left front.
