How to Service and Repair a Front Door Hinge on 2004 Chrysler Pacifica?

In order to repair the hinge of the front door, open the door and remove the check strap. Mark the hinge footprint, support the door and remove the hinge bolts. If servicing hinge pins replace them if they are needed. Install new hinge, tighten bolts to 34 N.m and check door alignment.
