In order to fix the sliding door weather strip, one should open the door, take off the sill plate and loosen the B-pillar and quarter panel trim. Removal of the old weather strip should be followed by the installation of the new one beginning with the bottom center. Re-fit the trim and sill plate and verify the door alignment.
