How to Maintain and Fix a Sliding Door Weather Strip on 2005 Dodge Caravan?

To work on the weather strip of a sliding door, first open the door and remove the door opening sill plate. Afterward, remove the B-pillar trim and the trim around the quarter corners. Take the weather strip out of the pinch flange from the bottom center splice all the way around the door opening. When installing, locate the splice at the butt of the door and hold the weather strip on the nail and onto the pinch flange. Following this, fix the quarter panel trim panels and the B-pillar trim covers, then replace the door opening sill plate. After, slide the door in place and verify that it is correctly position.
