  • Q: How to Replace an A/C Clutch on 2004 Dodge Intrepid?
    A: To replace the A/C compressor clutch, disconnect the battery, remove the serpentine belt and unplug the compressor clutch coil. Remove the compressor, clutch plate and pulley. Install the new field coil and pulley, making sure they are properly aligned and gap measurements. Finally, tighten it all and verify the air gap before putting the belts back in.
