How to replace a Blend Door Actuator on 2004 Dodge Intrepid?

In order to replace the blend door actuator, turn off the air bag system by disconnecting the battery negative cable. Remove the underpanel silencer/ducts, unscrew the actuator and disconnect the electrical connection. Reinstall the actuator and be sure to align it properly tighten the screws reconnect the battery cable.
