How to Service an Intake Manifold on 2004 Dodge Ram 2500?

In order to service the intake manifold, disconnect the battery and remove charge air cooler outlet tube and place dipstick tube aside. Wiring- Disconnect Wiring- Disconnect wiring, and remove the intake manifold cover and clean surfaces. Prime the fuel system and install a new gasket, reassemble the components and reconnect the battery.
