How to Service and Repair an Oil Pan on 2004 Dodge Sprinter 3500?

In order to fix the oil pan, empty the engine oil, take out the sway bar, and disconnect the wiring harness. Lift the engine, unscrew the oil level sensor and take off the oil pan. Wipe the surfaces, attach the new pan using sealant and tighten bolts. Install parts, fill oil, and investigate leaks.
