How to Replace a Valve Stem Seal on 2004 Dodge Stratus?

To replace the valve stem seal, disconnect the battery, remove the timing belt, cylinder head cover and camshafts. Use air pressure in the spark plug hole, then use Special Tool MD-998772-A to compress the valve springs, to remove and install seals. Reconnect the parts and reattach the battery.
