How to Maintain a Steering Column Cover on the Instrument Panel on 2004 Dodge Viper?

In order to service the instrument panel steering column cover, two lower screws are removed and the upper clips are detached with a trim stick. Roll down to the left, disconnect the adjustable pedal switch and remove the cover. For installation, re-connect the switch, position the cover and tighten all clips and screws.
