How to Service and Repair a Trunk Lid Latch on 2004 Dodge Viper?

To fix the trunk/liftgate latch, remove the three screws of key cylinder bracket and draw the outline of the latch on the decklid. Unscrew the latch, replace and screw it back in using the marks and screwing the bolts to 12 N.m. Replace the bracket and check that it works.
