How to Replace a Headlight Bulb on 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee?

To service the headlamp bulb first remove the headlamp and then by turning the bulb socket one quarter turn counter clockwise the socket will separate from the lamp. Second, pull the bulb out of socket. It is recommended not to touch the bulb glass with the fingers or any oily surface during the installation of new bulb to avoid reduced life of the bulb. Finally, position the bulb socket into the head lamp and turn into place with a quarter turn clockwise. Lastly, re install the headlamp.
